Startup Company Is a Blessing for Freshers

Why Working in a Startup Is a Blessing for Freshers Working in a startup company is truly a blessing, especially for freshers. Unlike big companies where roles are limited, startups give you real responsibility, learning, and growth from day one. Every task teaches you something new, and every challenge helps you grow faster. Recently, I experienced this personally when I was assigned a new project — a university website development . This was not just a coding task. I was involved from the very beginning — from planning to understanding client requirements, design thinking, and development flow. This experience changed how I look at software development. A New Responsibility : Planning a Project from Scratch For the first time, I was asked to plan a project from the start . This included: Understanding what the client wants Collecting data and requirements Thinking about design structure Planning development steps Honestly, this is where I struggled the most. My Experience as a Intern

My Experience as a Fresher After Joining My First IT Role Joining my first IT role as a fresher was a completely new experience for me. I was excited, but at the same time, I knew that real industry work would be very different from learning on my own or during internships. First Week: Understanding Before Doing My first week was mainly about understanding things. I did not start coding immediately, and that was actually a good thing. During this week, I understood that in real companies, understanding the project and requirements is more important than jumping directly into coding. Second Week: First Task and Real Learning In the next week, I was assigned my first task — worki...

From Interview Fear to a New Opportunity

My Experience as a Fresher In the last week of September, I received a call from HR about a new opportunity. As a fresher, getting such a call always brings mixed feelings. I was happy, but at the same time, I felt nervous when I heard that a technical interview would be scheduled. I had never faced a long technical interview before, so fear was natural. But I decided not to panic. Instead, I chose to prepare well and trust my learning journey. How I Prepared for the Interview I focused on my core technical skills rather than trying to learn everything at once. I revised the technologies I had already worked with and practiced explaining them clearly. My main preparation areas were: React Hooks like useState and useEffect Routing in React applications Props and component structure Toaster notifications for user feedback Basic Node.js and Express to understand backend flow I also practiced explaining concepts in simple words, because interviews test understanding, not just memo...
